Just wondering if under FIDE rules if it possible to give a win to both players, lets say a game was interrupted by an offender of neither party, and there is not time to conclude play with the give time and both need the win for a prize!
Swiss I believe the only way to do this repair the rd and give 1 full pt bye to each player
