teaching my child chess

Hi,

My autistic seven year old son is interested in learning chess, however, his attention span isn't great and I am looking for resources to help engage him. He knows how the pieces move and can set up the board himself. He even knew about fianchetto with the bishop, which surprised me last time we played.

I found a game called No Stress Chess online, which looks ideal, but it's £30 or so and I was looking for something a little cheaper. If anyone has any suggestions of ways to engage children which worked for them, or anything they bought, I would appreciate the suggestions.

Thanks,
Jamie.
