Team chess " Equipo de ajedrez"

Hi i am interesting in make a "team" of chess online for training . The trainining is with idea for players who play in tournaments but of course in general. The idea is view a opening in week ( endings or tacticals of course ) and play in the weekend a little tournament tematic with this opening with withe and black site for more understanding of the opening and thus training for the tournaments of the players , well of course with help of engines ( Houdini , Komodo , Stockfish ) for some idea and maybe some book`s
