Technical issue

My Opponent Stopped playing and game got time out at her end but result showing I lost.

Your internet connection dropped. Look at the game in your archive. It shows that the last move the chess.com server received was a BLACK move (not a White one). Black played Qe5 in reply to your Qf1 move. The move was received by the server, but never reached you because your internet connection failed.

If so how come her counter ended

The client clocks are not the official clocks. If you get disconnected and the client does not register that, the clock will keep counting down and when time is out it will try to verify the result. So it is forced to request the game state from the server. In this example, your opponent had moved and you ran out of time, so that is what the client loads from the server to populate the game result dialog 

One thing I can confirm the internet was spontaneous as a parallel VPN connection was on all the time , in case any  hamper in connection that would have stopped first, how ever I cant prove it.

A parallel VPN to where? Chess.com is in California.

What matters is the connection to the live server. Your opponent's move never made it to you so there was apparently a connection issue between you and the server.

Whatever it is. You lost the game . Now go cry , drink some milk and sleep.
