Constant Errors

Using this site is a struggle, as I am almost always bombarded with the same error:

Oops. Looks like there was an error. Sorry! Please refresh.

It happens when I want to use puzzles, complete a lesson, or analyse a game. I have to refresh 5-15 times usually to fix this issue. Is there any way to mitigate the problem or diagnose it?

The browser I use is TOR Browser, which is a modified version of Firefox. I am almost certain it is not an issue with TOR, because when I try using TOR on Brave (a chromium-based browser), it works perfectly fine.

It very well could be something to do with the browser.

if the problem is related to browser .. what's the possible causes for this ? any suggestions

Use a different browser. Tor routes you through many different ip adresses. I imagine that is the problem.

Clearing the browser cache can fix some things, though the more you add to the path the traffic goes through, the more likely to have problems.

tor makes websites load very slowly. never use tor for time-based things, such as playing chess

This happens on the latest Google Chrome browser and still persists after clearing cache and cookies and resetting site permissions in the Chrome settings for this tutorial: https://www.chess.com/lessons/opening-principles/phases-of-the-game
