I generally stay around 1300 rapid, but can't seem to consistently beat 800 elo blitz players...
Terrible at blitz, but ok at rapid. Great at blitz, but terrible at rapid?

Ok I'm terrible at blitz, I often lose , but I notice alot of people who beat me in blitz have a rapid of 800 or 900, but make nearly 90 to 95% best move or excellent move, while playing blitz. This seems, so illogical. Also any tips on improving in blitz appreciated. I feel like something strange is going on with this paradox.
