Terrible Connection - Constantly Dropping Games

I have 300 mb speed, a very fast computer and yet Chess.com keeps locking up.   Don't have this problem with other sites, or streaming, nothing.   I am in the East Coast.   Are their servers having issues/

I have no idea. Usually everything else lags for me but chess.com doesn’t. My problem is the other way around lol.

the same thing is quite common for me too. If I test my internet connection when chess.com disconnect for me my internet is normal. Like 14ms ping and 70mbps.
