Well Attila, we will see what happens. I signed up to play in the 1000 Bright Minds but I don't see it on my on home site at Chess.com I hope it will show up eventually as I look forward to the game, though I am sure you will defeat this old man soundly.

i tried sending a challenge but got denied because he was on vacation...what to do?
I cant challenge him
If he is on vacation then send him a message asking him to challenge you. :)

Actually before everything seem to disappear there was a game set up with me as white, I just could not make a move yet. Then it disappeared. I am hoping it will reappear when the simultaneous games are to start on 12 Jan
may be you will have to click the 'show all matches' inthe menu seen just below all games!

How many are signed up? Did we make it 1000? If not, it could be connected to the 'vacation' problems mentioned above.
