I have came to the conclusion that it is OK to waste 20% of your opponents time. Any more than that and it is bad sportsmanship.

Incidentally the same rule of thumb applies to drinking their beverage. Drinking more than one fifth is considered rude and it well should be. Looking at you Thomas Pirreau.
