If anyone has not read Awardchess's beautiful chess poetry on this forum I would heartily remommend it. It will bring a tear to your eye. The one called "Sexy Chess" is a particular favorite.

Can anyone connect some of these stamps to special occasions? For instance the 2nd stamp Island 1972 is a stamp from Iceland where Bobby Fischer played his memorable win for the World championship against Spassky.
