Here's another piece of evidence. The last 3 days every time I try to play the Budapest Gambit every single opponent I've played has played the non-standard move, a3, stopping my bishop from coming to the checking or pinning square b4. EVERY SINGLE PERSON. How would it be possible for every person I've played in the last 3 days to have the exact same idea to attempt to stop me from playing one of my favourite bullet openings? A person who had a legitamate 1200 rating would not even know what a budapest gambit was!
This is what you are talking about? 2 a3? That is pretty unusual but you seemed to be able to adjust well, achieved a winning position but lost on time.

Yes, I have seen no less than 5 mental health professionals because of this conspiracy that I have been battling for longer than the 10 year period. Not a single one has diagnosed me with any mental health disorders of any kind. I have honestly exhausted this line of reasoning, and I'm not lying.

I know everyone's conspiering against me from playing drums on the forums. Once I caught Kohai washing the glue off my sticks and that caused me to drop them 12 times for my next gig. Also Erik keeps taking my money so I can't buy that YAMAHA custom pro touring studio series drum set. I even learned how to play my solo 1 octave slower. My drummer rating on this site is in the toilet, and every time I turn around, someone's trying to flush my career down the drain. No resect, I get NO respect I tell ya. I even wrote to President Clinton because he's a saxophone player. He never answered any of my letters. That proves the entire gov is out to get me. I overheard the mods talking one day. They said, "ya-know how any drummer is better than NO drummer at all? Cote's NOT one of them".
There are plenty of cheats at all rating levels. Apparently it gets worse as the time controls get slower.
Ongoing discussions by the 3000+ members of the Cheating Forum makes this abundantly clear to anyone willing to invest the time needed to read a large swath of their forum posts.

The Budapest is pretty popular here. I wish that the Game Explorer functionality here was working so I could get an accurate count of how many times I've faced it.
I would guess that most d pawn opening players rated above 1200 here have faced it numerous times.

The OP lost 2 of his 4 games in his most recent OTB event , both opponents were rated sub 1200 . Given that I believe his rating here is likely fair/accurate .

If there were actually a widespread conspiracy, involving large numbers of people, against the OP, there would have to be a reason for it. He has not offered us any and it seems inconceivable to me that the aforesaid large group of people would suddenly decide to get him without a motive. I like a good conspiracy theory as much as the next man, but this is nonsense.
