The Glass Grob

Behold the best opening, 100% verified by Garry Kasparov himself.

The Glass Grob is a complex and multi-faceted opening, which only grandmasters can even begin to understand. It includes varied attacking lines, while still maintaining a strong defence. Beginners can attempt this opening, although it will usually end in failure. If you cannot win 20 games in a row with this magnificent opening, you are a beginner.

The opening is for white, and consists of the moves c4 and g4, followed up by one of the many attacking variations (Shattered Glass Grob, etc.).

Here is a sample game between two grandmasters. Black resigned after the stunning Ke2?!!!!!

What an exquisite opening! I cannot believe the strategical mastery that this opening consists of! A true masterpiece. The engine says that the only way black can equalize is by playing Ke7, but then white can play Kd3, with a decisive advantage. This is what Carlsen needs to end his draw streak
