I personally Find Austrian and Albin Countergambit really nice defenses in order to react to d4
In defense as black to 1. d4
the most common replies are
Indian game:
Queen's Pawn opening: d5
okay so another defense to d4 is to play d5, keeping it simple... but after c4 that is the queen's gambit.. the top 3 played defenses are:
QGD
and the response people give to this is quite interesting

or...

I'd like to see people comment on if there's anything they don't like about this, or if they can help me understand how the Dutch variation works... or if they have anything else to tell me
I play the Austiran against d4 and you missed the best responses for white and the best replies for black
