I use   Fritz10 and Chessbase as board. For  analysis I do it myself, check annotations if available, analyse it again and then check it with Fritz10.

I use a Philips headphone for the sound, recording software is Camstudio. Editing is done with Windows Moviemaker.  I hope this helps.  Let me know when you up your first video, I'd love to see it.  Best in chess and life.
