They have reason.In chess no exist openings like 1) e4 c5 2) Qh5 or scandinavian defences.Another rule is never move same piece more than one in opening.For this reason Alekhine defence no exists.

Platitudes like "don't bring your queen out early" are really just general guidelines, much like any advice you might receive in art. There are myriad cases when it's a good idea to do just that, but discretion and context are the keys. The saying is more like a general statement of odds: more likely than not, without specific context, bringing out the queen early isn't optimal. The same goes for "never move a piece twice in an opening", as was mentioned above.
Also, chess.com's player base isn't a very good barometer of the strength or validity of ideas.
You're rated like 800 so most of the players you meet won't have that solid of a grasp on opening. Most of the time bringing out your queen early isn't like a game blundering move however it's often kind of pointless and on higher levels you can't just waste tempos like that especially not in the opening.
