Assuming the OP knows how to file a ticket, it is probably a subconscious check to see if enough players feel the same way to make filing the ticket worthwhile. After all, with the question being whether to scrap arena chess or not, chess.com will probably choose the more popular option, and no one likes wasting time.
I no longer enjoy playing on chess.com. Arena chess can be fun once in a while but not all the time. And that's exactly what Chess.com is now giving us. The 5/0 and 10/0 Swiss tournaments have virtually disappeared. I'll checkout ICC.
I wonder how many paying members will not renew and just play for free.
