The scoop on the David Ostfeld ICA Memorial part 1

As many chess players in NJ and NY know, the bi-monthly David Ostfeld ICA Memorial Tournament was just held in Hackensack. Besides ripping off the stronger players with a FIFTY DOLLAR entry fee, everything was great. Unfortunately, the ICA does not post the news about this tourny for weeks, sometimes even months afterwards, so I am doing everyone a favor.

I was paired with an 1800 player round one, but lost.

FM Boris Privman had an excellent tournament, winning 3 and drawing 1.
