@Simon, the staff has already taken steps to prevent them from timing out.  They did it before I even wrote this post.

We can be sure that if things turn out well in Egypt, it will not be Obama's doing.  It is probably best for Americans to just stay out of this, and let the Egyptians figure it out.

Yeah, on the Team Egypt page, out of the 280+ members, only 1 is online right now, unheard of for groups with over 200 members.

RAY D: you stated if things turn out well in egypt it will not be obamas doing. The world is watching what the US does or dose not do.THE president has called for no "violence" to come to the protesters. turn on the phones and internet for the egyptian people (they turned on the only the phones) THE president is calling for full REFORM  demanded by the egyption people. WHAT PART OF THAT MESSAGE YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!

PRESIDENT OBAMA: will right this wrong. this president himself is the "child" of a revolution which changed the course of american history.

I want the Chess.com staff to know that my self-restraint here, can not be measured.

Actually, Obama has called for no violence in general, and has merely asserted the Egyptian people's right to protest; unavoidable, considering Washington's sanctimonious blabber about democratic reform in the Middle East, but unwanted, considering longstanding U.S. support for Mubarak (explicitly refuting the idea that the U.S. is an important player in Egyptian events, as was the same with Tunisia).  Considering the response of the Obama administration to the Honduran coup, I'm amazed anyone could believe what you've just written.  But then, I'm not really.

I'm sorry to hear it.

Yes, this thread has gotten pretty stupid quickly, and probably deserves a lock (once flags has had some fun, anyway)
