The Slav (why 6 ...Qb6) ?

hello ! Any one will plzz help me why 6 ...Qb6 is a mistake after 1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nf3  Nf6 4.cxd5 cxd5 5.Nc3 Bf5 6.Qb3 Qb6

Yes why 6... Qb6 is good or bad ?

Because it wins a pawn.

Qb6 is loses a pawn. Not that I prefer the option Bc8 much more ...

Black could win his pawn back:

Stockfish likes white here (+0,70). White has a good centre and also is good developed.

Statistics says: There are 6272 master games in the chess.com database with 5...Nc6 (14,1 % white wins, 73 % draw, 12,8 % black wins), and only 108 games with 5...Bf5 (55,6 % white wins, 36,1 % draw, 8,3% black wins).

So with white i would be happy to meet 5... Bf5, with black i would play something else.
