Yeah at first sight I didnt see why Black under promoted, but, as Nytik rightly says, it was the only way to delay check mate. This really is an amazing game!
This has to be the strongest Bishop of all time, an amazing game. Twice black is forced to underpromote beofore White wins. Rubinstein quits, amatuer chess player proves Rubinstein quit a won position!!
A truely amazing game, well worth the read....
