With the powers of the pieces as described here, the board position is illegal before anyone has moved.
There is never a legal position in Chess in which the player who has the move is attacking the king.
But before anyone has moved, with a super king or super queen on the board belonging to white, black's king is already being attacked. For a super king (or queen) can jump to any square--meaning it can jump to the opponent king's home square. The opponent's king, then, is already being attacked.
While pondering the importance of mobility on the board, a funny idea hit me: The Super King and the Super Queen. I thought I would share it. So have a peak, and let me know what you think! :)
Addendum: I think I didn't explain to point of this. It's simply a thought experiment to show to how much it matters to have mobile pieces. I intend to write a follow-up - for beginners - explaing where it's good to place ones pieces.
