There is no increase of point after I have won the game!

I have a new account in chess.com, my first win is over a german player and everything is normal, i did score points but after my second win over an indian player my ranking has stopped, there is not even a register of win in my chess.com history on the second game, can someone help me to fix it, thanks.

Games can be rated or unrated. Unrated means no one gets any points. The game does not count for ratings.

That was an unrated game. It does show in your archive.

 how to switch between rated and unrated?

When you seek a game by clicking play and choosing a time control, it will automatically look for a rated game.

You have to choose custom settings to get an unrated game. (Or accept a challenge from somebody for an unrated game.)
