What game are you trying to analyze? I am not familiar with the chesskid site. What aspect of the .pgn is not working? Please be specific. Otherwise, no one is going to be able to help you.

Mods and staff are different though... this guy (presumably) gets paid by chess.com. This is his job. A mod is just a volunteer.
