This game has been declared a draw when my opponent has ran out of time

I was playing a 3 minute game and when I was close to winning, the computer automatically declared the game to be a draw. There is definitely a bug with the software where the game is declared a draw even when the opponent’s side runs out of time. This always seems to be a recurring issue on online matches.

You only had a king left so it says insufficient material , if you had another piece on the board like a Pawn you would have won

There's no bug. Your last three drawn games were all valid draws by the official rules of Chess.
