This is almost as bad as cheating

I have lost a lot of rating points due to supposedly not playing. That regards Bullett games. I wasn?t even aware of that i was starting games (happened several years ago). 

And i won`t complain about that i lost these points. From time to time i meet opponents like  in the last game were i waited a whole minute before the game got aborted since my opponent wouldn`t play. That is wasted time and i should get compensated for opponents not playing and the opponent should get a rating loss. 

Am i wrong here? 

If a player does it too often, as a percentage of recently completed games, then all games started will be rated.

Outside of that sometimes people need to abort. In general, ratings shouldn't change unless a game is played, otherwise it can skew the rating system.

I really do not know how that happened, if i knew i would tell you. I just reckoned that my Bullett rating went dratistically down from 18and something to 17and something without ever playing a game.

I do not have a problem with people aborting a game. That should happen within 15-30 seconds at most. Waiting a whole minute just to find out that the opponent doesn`t play is a waste of my time. If you want to abort, abort don`t let your opponent wait for a minute that is rude and unnecessary.
