So you won a queen AND a piece, but couldn't manage to win the game? And you blame your opponent? And then you accuse your opponent of having no manners?

What he did was perfectly legit. Period.
No one complained about the famous match against Ivanchuk vs. Anand where Ivanchuk missed MATE IN ONE and Anand kept playing shuffling around without doing anything and managed to win on time.
It's part of the game. End of story. You, on the other hand sound like a butthurt kid pointing a finger to someone and calling them fake players saying they have no manners after they beat you.
He was the better side, he avoided losing. It's part of the game. If you can't break through his defense however weak it looks to you, he is better than you.
Grow up and grow some.
I just LOL'ed hard on this post... if you don't like losing to time play longer games.

that would also explain some of the overlooked tactics and the overlooked mate in one(move 28)
1 minute games is who can move the mouse fastest. I guess.

When your opponent outplays you and wins, you offer them your congratulations.

I would also play on if I play against an opponent that does overlook mate - no disrespect intended but if my opponent does not make the best moves I can survive.
I lost many games like this.Had material advantages more than a queen but have no time to checkmate !!! Is it a blitz ? or bullet? If you want to avoid this ,you should play standard or online game .

And after having missed that, 29.Rxh5+ also leads to mate in a few moves
ok maybe I'm the one with bad manners, I totally lost so thank you for your comments, It helps me a lot.
