This Site is Full of Losers!

Since names cannot be mentioned, go to my profile, Blitz games, and look for a game where I am White that ended on September 4th at 11:28:41 EDT.

Now - explain this to me.  Do people like this not know how to grow a pair?  You are about to lose your queen after blundering.  As far as I am concerned, you have 2 choices.

1) Resign

2) Play on and make me mate you

Do not sit there like a stupid retard and stall until it declares loss by abandonment!

This happens WAY TOO OFTEN on chess.com.

Chess.com needs to change their program.  I, for no reason, was put on a list of frequent Thumbs Down players for a week about 1-2 years ago.  It should not be about people's opinions of thumb down players.  It should be based on losers that abandon in positions immediately after a blunder (to distinguish the LOSERS THAT NEED TO GROW A PAIR from the legit internet connection problems).

If a game goes 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 Bb4 4.e5 c5 5.a3 and Black abandons, it is likely an internet issue.

If you are about to lose your queen and abandon, intent should be obvious!

They need to hire someone that can write more than 3 lines of code to account for differences in scenarios!

Agreed, I thought not much actions were being taken at first but then I kept getting messages that action has been taken to stall/quit game reports I have submitted. Thought that was pretty good

Today I had the same issuea as you. I got M1 on board, and once my opponent realized its unstoppable he decided to have a little chat with me. I always accept chat and like to exchange opinions but this one was quite interesting. His first message was: "Just wait for my time to run out." I didnt want to fight with him and I just replied nicely "Just wait for your account to get closed" or something like that. Then he wrote that my tactics were too boring for him so thats why he lost his focus in the game. I found whole conversation funny but I had to report him for stalling. He didn't left the game and clock running, he just waited 5+ minutes and resigned when he had 18 seconds left. This is so far the rudest opponent I had. I dont blame chess.com and staff because I had this bad experience. I did my part by reporting him and I believe it will be taken care of. So thats my advice for you to. There will always be people stalling and we cant do much about it. I have seen people stalled before in my games but they werent this rude.

When somebody stall me, i immediately aboandan. So, it is me who is going to have rating loss not him. I do that because of many reason. I have not abandoned here because this site is only all about rating

Just do your part and report them. I’ve gotten many messages from chess.com saying that they took action. I don’t think any algorithm would be practical. I already dislike having an only certain amount of time to play the first 10 moves or whatever the requirement is. Especially since at my lvl we’ll go at of book at move 4 half the time.

#6 That’s what the stallers are hoping to happen. That’s just going to grow the problem. Sometimes, a staller will wait for five mins and then play a move and hope that I just walked away waiting for the game to end and then my time will end and I will be the one ending up losing. Don’t let them actually have success. Crush them into the ground and report them.

I value my improvement of my skill more than stupid rating point but not on this site. This site member only care about rating and i too care because my rating is so much low than grandmaster and there are so many players to play if i improve my rating by 100 point. Also once the game ends they quickly show our mistakes and inaccuracy without clicking the report button( so discouraging). lately i have a very bad experience playing here

RussPlaysBad

Happens way too much. Block and report, block and report.

I am not a good player and therefore I don’t care for my ratings. But stalling kills the game because good players avoid playing longer games because they don’t want to play someone who will stall them for 10 minutes. I feel that stalling is the reason that so many players play 1 minute games.

Just some salty people in the way of stardom.
