A camera to allow to see the opponent and to prevent cheating is a good idea.

I have come to the conclusion that bullet chess and perhaps blitz chess is where my game has gone to die. I find it almost impossible to overcome the idea that people simply cheat in any other time limit, which, I understand is probably not likely ... but... I do believe that is what drives most to blitz and bullet chess.
Another thought I figured I would share; (In presumption of a typical response: I understand that this is personal... and that basically anyone that grew up with the internet has a dead soul online persona where anonymity fuels action with no consequence)... I truly believe that some type of social introduction system would benefit all forms of online chess (or any game for that matter). A virtual shaking of the hands ... something that allows you to at the very least find some enjoyment of the actual engagement with others. I have another post about WHY people play chess, and I don't think there is anyone that has mentioned a connection with other people.. it all speaks to an individual goal, an enlightening of the mind, a sharpening of the skill, and enjoyment of puzzle-solving, art created on the board. I just feel that as I age, and as the virtual connection becomes more prominent globally that we could all use some more human interaction in the hobby we enjoy. If not for that, why not just play against the computer?
I think that maybe there is a language barrier (though most speak English) ... but maybe an automatic text translator based on regions would be a great addition too... I think that exists out there.
Anyway - I don't really know why I bother saying anything at all, honestly, and maybe its something I could just actively try to implement... I just feel that there could be a better way for us all to communicate and be real people to each other.
