three times same move (not Draw?? )

The rule is not "3 times same move", but 3 times an identical position.  The difference in that interpretation may be behind your confusion.  But there has been no fundamental change of that rule, which is basic and has been "in stone" for a long time.

You have to claim the draw. So when its your move and you can repeat the position for the 3rd time. Hit the draw button and you will get the draw. Internet chess actually makes it easy because there's no discussion possible about whether it is or isnt a threefold repetition

Click Claim Draw.

This happened to me once, as well.

Kinda sucks, if your opponent moves faster than you can get to it. Then you lose it.
