It seems like you should be able to click ‘draw’ and then make your move creating the 3x and have it stick, this would remove the quick-move loophole wouldn't’ It?

same position occurred 4 times at postions 44, 46, 48, 50 both white and black. and positions 45, 47, 49 51 for white and 45 47 49 for black. The chess.com program missed 3 fold rep 7 times in total.
fix your program. and adjudicate this game to give correct result. any school nerd can program the rules of chess....
... anyone know how a mere mortal can bring this to the attention to the gods that are the chess.com staff?
