how does the Clock work in Timed games? what is + and - in the after game analysis ?

When it is your move, your clock runs, and your opponents clock stops.  

When it is your opponents move, there clock runs, and yours stops.  

The + indicates white has an advantage.

The - indicates that black has an advantage.

Generally .33 (1/3 of a pawn) is equal to 1 tempo.
