but it's not showing (ON VACATION) only show 1 hours sometime 3 hours
The pause icon means it is in vacation mode and the information tab also said it. When a premium member runs low on time in a game that is not part of a no-vacation tourney, then the system will automatically place all games where the player is on the move, in vacation.
That player can come off of vacation to make moves. If they come off of vacation before 24 hours has elapsed since being placed on vacation, the difference will be added to all games where they are on the move, up to the time control. If they do that and do not move in your game, you will see differing times and they will go back on vacation when low.

That may be what happened, and as I mentioned, you could have opened a support ticket and if they determined vacation was being used to prolong the game, they could have ruled the game in your favor.
Or, you could have just waited until your opponent moved or ran out of vacation time.
