Please advise why from time to time during a normal play (no time bonus) with some players your ooponent all of a sudden gets additional seconds AFTER his/her clock reached "0"?? I experienced this situation again today playing against massac123. It looks like some kind of cheat to me.
I would highly appreciate comments from someone administrating this wonderful chess resource.
