The lack of good faith attempts to play the game and make a move. Either your lost and dont want to play, then you should resign. Or you should manage your time and play on with the best move you can find. Imagine a classical chess game where a person blunders after playing blitz speed for their first 10 moves then decides to flag and not make a single move. 1 hour 55 minutes everyone is waiting for the game to progress or a resignation. I don't play rapid so often anymore because of people doing that. Your time is yours to do what you wish, but self flagging with a huge time frame is just spiteful as it is wasting the other person's time when you have probably abandoned the game. Still, it is like Nepo's GM dancing knight draw by aggreement, part of the game and nothing you can do about it.
