Time odds vs. simultaneous game

What´s harder:

  1. Win a game at 15:1 time odds, as in the player getting odds has 30 seconds per move, but the player giving odds has just 2, or
  2. Win (on average, half of the) games against 15 opponents, so the players getting odds have 30 seconds per move, but the player giving odds has 30 seconds for 15 moves in 15 games?

Also, how does the Elo number difference where the simultaneous game is at even odds depend on the number of simultaneous games?

How is the Elo rating of participants changed by results of a simultaneous game?
