I usually wake up around 8 however I had a busy night prior so I slept in till 10. I planned to start playing chess as soon as I woke up and get on my grind however things went other ways. It was then 1 o'clock and I felt like I wasted my day and I already know I ain't gonna play chess even though I want to I just felt like I wasted that "perfect start". I am looking for that perfect start. However is trying to get this perfect start is holding me back. I am upset at myself.
Instead of venting about this issue I will also include the question: What time of day do you play chess?, and do you play better at certain times of day (like morning, noon, or night.)
