That sounds like you are getting disconnected and not having time run out. Or your client clock isn't updating correctly.
Time running out but thats a fault ?

I have 3 times when I have played 30 min. Chess tried to loose all my time. But these 3 games I had 7 MIN OR 4 MIN AND ONE TIME 10min left. I do not understand what is happining. Is threre a role have many move you shall make ? I am so frustreted of loosing game where i have lots a time left. And suddenly it announce that i lost because time running out
