Time trouble

I have been able to make a small improvement in time management. I am best at correspondence, then live rather short games 30 min or so and then blitz! I have gotten used to study of the hole board and looking for the best move I can find. I played very well for me in blitz today until I got tired. any advice?

Next time, quit when you get tired.
