time trouble

I often play 30 min games on chess.com on my mobile as my rating is getting improved, i’m forced to play more accurately and obviously taking bit longer for moves in critical situations. I end up having time trouble and losing the game, even though i have a winning position.. is there an option to play longer games..?? Do generally people play longer games than 30min on chess.com..??

You can use the Custom option to send out longer seeks and there is also a default 45|45 and 60|0 option. That said, fewer players are interested in longer time controls so sending out random seeks may not be the best option.
There are a few clubs where players all play longer controls, so finding one of those and joining may give you some players that are more likely to play long live games.
