Most things use your local time zone, the one configured in your settings.

I was going to suggest their corporate office time, then I found out there is no office; it's all online (see link below)

The Daily Puzzle puzzle normally resets at 3 AM Eastern Time/Midnight Pacific.

The main site datacenter is based on the West coast, so a lot of things are in Pacific time, but from the perspective of the member, most things should be local to them.
