I assume this is live chess (your online chess is 1200) and there is no way for people to buy time in live games. I suggest you play longer games if you're losing on time a lot.

What can you do, money buys it all... Just spare the staff a few bucks and they'll give you the game. That's what the world has come to. They are all a bunch of greedy, greedy wolves.
