How many minutes you put into looking over your games a day

For me it depends on how tight the game is. If I am running all over my opponent (which, by the way, does not happen often) I take anywhere from a few minutes to 10 or 15. If the game is intense, I can spend as much as an hour running variations. Either way, it doesn't seem to matter much, as my rating continues to fallUndecided. Too many other things in my life are more important to spend more time on my games.

Yeah, but you only have 2 games going.

The point, Bulletheadbilly, is that I don't care to spend more time on chess . It is, after all, only a game, and while it does provide some mental stimulation, so do the many other things in my life. I see no profit in devoting more time to a game.
