What are your favorite times for bullet, blitz and standard?

Mine are

Bullet: 2/1

Blitz: 10/0

Standard: 15/10

neo-metacrash

I like 3|0 the best, and agree with everything else.

MSC157

Bullet: 1|0
Blitz: 10|2
Rapid: 25|5
Standard 120|0 (although I've never played it yet). :)

neo-metacrash

I played 1|6. It's funny.

Radical_Drift

I play

1|0 bullet chess

5|0 blitz chess

30|0 standard chess

I haven't really played rapid much....

iixxPROxxii

1|0 is fun... and there are no cheaters here :)

I like 2|1 as well. Sometimes I play 5|0 but almost never anything more.

5 3

15 5

Blitz is my bullet.  Other then cc these are (usually) the only time controls I play online.  If our local chess clubs disappeared (heaven forbid) would likely add a longer one like say 25 10 or something.

You've played 177 games at 2hours  per player?  That's pretty impressive.  Wouldn't mind playing slower standard games, but I guess the worry of engine use is whats kept me to faster time controls.

WanderingPuppet

bullet 1/0

blitz 3/0 (otb 3/2 tho i haven't played that yet)

standard 15/0

small increments/delay are fun otb

I haven't played 2 hours standard game in online game. I mean in OTB matches.

Oops, assumed the op meant online but I see it didn't specify.  Do you mind my asking what time control you use for online standard?

Beyond being generally curious, am thinking of changing my times (longer) but am having trouble deciding on new ones, is why bumped the thread.  Besides, it needs several pages to make it scientifically viable doesn't it?  Give us the goods folks. :)
