im in the UK and find that the actual times you log on to play makes a massive difference, example log on now or around midday will lose mainly on time due to what may be lag or due to far faster servers on countries logging on at same time i only play 3 min games so this can crush your ratings in an afternoon.
Then there is avoiding certain times more of a certain country are online, you know the ones when all of a sudden a 1200 plays like a 2400.
Anyone else avoid or prefer times to log on?
