timing is not fair

This web site is not giving a fair timing , some of players has longer time than others, when i play 5 min , always i lose because of time running out even if i was playing faster than the Opponent , 20 seconds cann't let you move one move ,, what kind of timing is this

It isn't unfair. It's due to server lag.

It's pirates. But not just with swords, with guns as well. Don't believe those who say lag is to blame - the pirates are the cause of your dismay.

It's the cheating accusation which I find irritating. How is it possible to cheat in order to win on time?
