Tips for beginner (I am 1400)

1. If you are losing too many games, consider taking a break. A few examples are:

1:Play against some other bots, maybe at your skill level

2:  Stop playing chess and get some fresh air that isn't in your room.

2: Play against some chess bot so you can relax and see how you play.

I'm actually not a fan of playing against chess bots often, but I know some people like them. For a beginner, I could give general advice such as opening principles:

but I would also see where that person is at in their chess journey and see what they know and don't know before recommending something. Everyone is different. btw, 1400 is not beginner. I'd say that's more intermediate and more like a low to mid level club player. In fact, statistically 1400 is probably in the top 20% of chess players in the world:
