Tips on how to improve chess rating

Hello I am no grandmaster but I know a thing or two about how to improve a chess rating at least at amateur level (beginner-2000) well I haven't even made 1800 as a FIDE rating but I can still feel to share some tips with those who are sub 1500 level.
Well I started chess about 2 years ago as a beginner I obviously learnt the cardinal rules and I got into the game through this amazing platform (no means of advertising :) ) and I did daily tactics and played online and over the board tournaments , I managed to get my fide rating which was 1424 after 3 months of play and with some tournaments I got it up to 1474.
Like any other player I tried to establish a milestone which was to make it to 1500 level but instead I dropped drastically to 1395 and I was stuck.
As a chess player this seems to be the most frightening thing when you get stuck at a point and feel that you can't go up.

This is probably a chess players nightmare. But with some discipline and enthusiasm I managed to formulate a plan to keep me sharp and prepared. Funnily enough I did what a majority of chess players tell people not to do I played lots of blitz games. Now the reason stronger players tell weaker players not to play fast chess too much is because you pick up bad habits which is true. But I can tell you that my sharpness and tactics have improved a lot.

I studied on some opening theory and with some 2-3 months of training in one tournament I managed the impossible and gained 80 rating points. And yet even though I gained the rating I lost I was still stuck but with a difference instead of going up or down drastically changes where very subtle.
And still I felt annoyed sure I accomplished something great but my overall milestone is to make 1500+ so I knew something was still missing.

It was more to do with mental aspects of my game such as patience which yes was damage from the blitz games uggghh so then to fix this hole I substituted blitz for rapid controls and tried spending more time on analyzing instructional games and as a result I managed to get my rating from 1474-1565 in a span of year or so.

So I am going to make a study plan which I believe is effective and I will base my chess on if any stronger players tends to make a suggestion or to correct me I am very free to suggestions.

Mon-Fri tactics, tactics , tactics being sharp is super important , spend 30mins to 1hr at the minimum on a site such as chess.com(here) or if not chess tempo then for opening watch some interesting videos analyse games ask questions in your research, what happens if this? Is this safe if this happens? And find the answers with an engine or book. Or just as good before you do those things try to find the answer yourself and make an analysis.
Endgame do endgame puzzles and watch instructive videos.
Also play outside over the board and don't make the mistake I made the tactics are going to help your sharpness so play rapid chess (15 minutes+) which will allow you to play logically.
Play tournaments over the board too this is a major aid to any chess players improvement.
Analyze games and ask questions in your analysis and before running An engine try find the answers and work your brain.
I will keep you all updated with this plan through the coming months I wish all chess players good luck.

Sounds like a reasonable plan in the making. Good luck.

Another great way is not to notice your rating for a few months but play your best game.Lo and Behold!! Suddenly you are 2000+

As a  beginner,  I feel my endgame is very weak.  You mentioned endgame instructive videos and was wondering which ones you find to be the best.  Thanks.

There's only one UAE chess player above 2415 FIDE, and he's over 2680.

There's a player with 2411 FIDE. But as you mentioned, not 2415+
