Tired of being stuck at chess.

First, I want to say that I absolutely love chess. As a beginner player, I improved pretty quickly up until I hit 1000 rapid about 5 months ago. I’ve been stuck ever since, and I find very few things to be more frustrating. Despite not improving, I’m not about to quit anytime soon and I’ve tried to do chess puzzles every day and find openings/tactics videos to watch, but nothing seems to be working. Am I making moves too soon? Should I play something other than 10 min rapid? Am I resigning too often when I shouldn’t have to? If I could get any advice based off of my games, I would appreciate it SO much. Thank you.

To dodgyBeakboxer I suggest doing puzzles and puzzle rush is quite good as well but for me how I got really good was alot of practice but also I suggest this youtuber asmrchess he covers historical games mostly and I really enjoy his content he exsplains everything very simply and well plus he is relaxing as hell. Some of the videos on Paul morphy would probably be a good start since those videos display proper use of tempo which is an important skill to progress
