you want to play a titled player? sign up for a tournament as an amateur level. your rating is below 1300. most titled players don't want to waste their free-time playing someone 1000+ rating points below their skill level.
improve your level and rating ,and then once you could play with a title player

I played Chinese Chess in Vietnam in 1979, with bottle caps and a brown paper bag.
I played chess in a real chess club. Time control was 90 minutes for 40 moves + 60 minutes, on a Jerger wind-up clock, that is about 100 years old.
I played chess on Yahoo Chess, when it was around, long before Chess.com was born.
In the future, I will play chess in a "brewpub" in real life using Meetup.com.
