to cheer up cattles revenge

so if you saw CattlesRevenge's post, I feel exactly like that. I've tried so hard over the past 3 years to get my ELO up, only for it to range between the numbers of 200-500.

it's usually at 300-400 ELO. It's really annoying because i've played this game since childhood and what's unfortunate is that there are literal 300-eloers getting paired up with me and I still lose. I was at 400 for a good while before being dragged down to 300-something recently. This is incredibly low and really heartbreaking. I know what you all might say: "cheer up, it's just a game" or "don't look at numbers and just enjoy", but this is my one hobby. It's my hobby and I'm still so bad.

I recently got the 3 year chess veteran anniversary badge but it all pales in comparison to those who played for 1-2 years and complain about their 1000+ ELO. So, cattlesrevenge, if you're seeing this, just know that I would give anything to have an ELO like that. please don't complain. people might think you're being dramatic but I know what it feels like to love something and lose at it, again, and again, and again.
